I will check on sound slots.

But I do not imagine it growing with how much you can have due to memory limitations.

To make it grow they have to rob memory from somewhere else in the game.

But I will definitely find out.

Thanks for the other information as well. I will test it out.

Can you also see if they can add an option to only turn off the PA announcer for certain players? This would come in handy when you use one of those "batter walk up music with PA announcer sound files for the batter walk up slot. Yes you could just turn down the sound for the PA Announcer but then you would not hear the PA announcer for any players that are not using a "batter walk up music with PA announcer sound file. So option to turn off the PA announcer for any player would fix this issue

It would also be nice if they could make the between innings a little longer. Especially for the 7th inning stretch or 8th inning at Fenway
Currently the first batter in the next inning comes up to the plate too quickly and does not allow the music between inning to finish.
I would love if they made the 7th inning stretch Special where you would hear the music playing and the camera would fly around the stadium zoom in on the fans.

And of course you can always skip it with the press of the X button.
Thanks EnigmaNemesis and thaSLAB

I think someone asked this but, about the chalk at home plate being re-lined,redone every few innings. Will that be fixed, or console limitation?

I will ask about it, but I am sure this is NOT an issue with console limitations (the opposite, most likely.) It's more of a "cool" feature to appeal to the mass (non-hardcore baseball fans)

Has .OBP been added to stats walkup for batter this year? Didn't see it in the videos. Every MLB team practically includes it in their broadcast version.

I'd be very appreciative if one of you fellas could ask this... :

Have postseason celebration been changed AT ALL this year? We have had the same dogpile animation since like.. i don't know
08? '09? maybe? I hate playing a full season and winning it all and having to look at the dinky 8 second dogpile animation haha. It's like I played all that... for this?

On top of that, are there any overhead shots of the stadium/field? As in after innings/when a game ends and the commentators wrap it up?

Thanks, would be cool!

Re: Community Day - GRAPHICS & SOUND - Questions/Concerns/Inquiries

Lighting at night- I love the shadows and lighting during day games, but night games have always lacked that glow like they have in real life. I'm wondering if there's any changes to this, which would replicate real life stadiums at light, that luminance that comes off the lit up signs, and just that glow would add so much to the lighting experience, so I'm wondering if they have improved it any or can anymore with the ps3s current hardware.

Mow Patterns- previously mentioned, much needed, feel like the grass has never changed with this series.

More Cloud Formations any changes or new patters, colors in the sky?

More weather patterns

More camera angles, any cool scenes outside the park or from above.

Thats really all I have, its a pretty short list, because this game is already so great. Thanks enigma and slab
