Question about pickoff attempts in MOM

I have it maxed out in the slider options and they still never throw over, even when Bourn is on base.

I played some games in CPU vs CPU mode and I saw it a little more frequently but on MOM it seems like they just completely ignore my runners.

Anyone else having this problem? (if you want to even call it a problem, I can live with it. The game is really enjoyable regardless)

I think you might be right.

I just maxed out my teams speed/base running attributes and nary a pickoff attempt with the slider maxed.

I'd throw this in the bug thread.

hey knight are you responsible for user players not stealing in auto baserunning? because now players wont steal on their own in MOM mode! LOL! which would be cool except for the fact that i use auto baserunning and in franchise the user player wont ever steal and not even take a lead. im thinking and hoping its a bug otherwise i can only use this game on MOM mode because i only use auto baserunning and fielding.

I'm not....but you know you can force a lead and steal with auto baserunning on.
Hit L1 for the lead...L2 for the steal.
This could be why it's happening though.

We started off talking about pickoff attempts and wound up with auto baserunning not have players steal without user input.

Hopefully the pickoffs are taken care of.
The stealing....is perhaps by design. (maybe a lot of guys complained about the CPU trying to steal too much last year with auto on)
