I absolutely love that players dive and miss the ball. This is something The Show does that no other baseball game does. In every other baseball game the CPU knows whether or not it can dive and make the catch or not and responds perfectly to every situation. In The Show players miss the ball and it rolls to the fence, just like in real life. I love it.

in past years people have said there's not enough dives in the outfield, i think they made more opportunities for the computer to dive this year, they might have gone overboard but i just adjust sliders and bam, all betta!!

I'm using TNK sliders and the dives have decreased a bit. However I think it's a problem of physics. It's near impossible to get a line drive into the outfield as it as (they all go at infielders), and the few that do eventually end up going right to a fielder or close enough for a dive (and miss).

I have this happen once 1 or 2 times a game and I don't use sliders

I lost Jason Heyward for 2 months because he decided to dive for a ball instead of playing it on a hop.

I'm sooo on the opposite side of the fence on this one. For years we've been unable to consistently attempt to make diving plays.

Every year I said the same, "it may be unrealistic, but they need to do better with morphing a guy to the ball to give them a better chance at making a catch". They've finally done this and I LOVE IT!

I have a quite a few I recorded I'm going to upload. I've been waiting for this since MVP 05.

My last one a recorded I snagged a ball in the gap then doubled off the runner at first! It was fantastic. A play I personally have never been able to make in MLB the show.

I do hate when the cpu gets to them but it's worth the trade off.
