What about retirements, fire manager and other franchise issues

Now I`m starting a franchise (only one game, no time to check all options) and I wonder if this year we can fire the Manager during season?

If not, in the offseason, are there fake managers or are they real? Don`t like teams hire fake managers...

And what about retirements? 30-aged playes with contracts like Pujols, Santana or Rodriguez are candidates to retire in 2013 offseason in The Show like always?

Something interesting this year in franchise management?

You can't fire managers in season. There are real ones ou can hire.

Puhols has retirement my RTTS at age 38 I think! I haven't seen any of the players you mentioned retire Neil a few years down the line. Unless there is an injury I think they go until late thirties!
