What you do is you copy it onto a USB drive and upload the picture to a photouploading site (I use Photobucket personally but there are plenty you could use.)

usb drive do you mean flash drive same thing right? so usb drive is what format then?

They are the same thing yes. You don't have to format it, as long as you can use it on the computer you should be fine.
