It might not be showing the last of your contract renewable players on the pending...or maybe some arbitration players(although it looks like February and I don't see a star for an arbitration date.
Any contract renewable players left?

Everyone thats unsigned is already signed. That's why I showed the unsigned page in the screenshot, to show that all my guys are signed.

In this save file it's a fair amount(my save file before signings it was only like 15 or so), but with 2M in cap space, if I signed all the guys I needed to, for 30k(min is 20k), that'd equal 900k.

90 is the max though, I don't even need 75 do I(if I don't even need 75, then all I really need is like 10 or so guys to sign)? A ball you don't need guys on it, and AAA and AA doesn't need to be filled.

It HAS to be a bug cause others having same problem, and I never had this problem in MLB12 or any game before that.

This happened to me as well at CD, I think the system is a little too rigid. I'm betting you have about 30 open spots available. The system puts aside enough money to fill the open spots. The system might need a tweak to allow a little more flexibility and allow signing guys to minimum. Try trading a guy or two away to open space or firing a coach or scout for a cheaper one.

Edit....I see not that many open spots.

You have the save file?

Would you post it so I can dig into it a bit?

I'm leaving for work and won't get to it until tonight....but I'd like to see what's going on.
