Re: Sounds of the Show possibly dead on Next-Gen

Ive contemplated PS+ but I don't really play online. The only time I ever play online is MLBTS HRD and I can live without that.
I'm not bashing online or online players, but with a job, 2 kids and cycle training I get very little time for gaming and thats usually spent on The Show trying to finish my Franchise.

Plus, every game I have attempted to play online has lost my interest due to cheaters or immature players and "Ain't nobody got time for that!"

I do not post here often but this is my personal take they have to put mp3 and other files in it. PS4 will lose the war on stuff like that is what sells the the game like MLB 14 The show, NBA 2k14, WWE 2k14, Battlefield and others thrive on it we the games hope to see it gets done very soon at launch not many people will not buy Sony Music Unlimited because they do not want to or has iPods, Galaxys, etc. to listen to music or stored from the computer.

In addition, it would be bad for business and kill the game sales like MLB The show, Madden and WWE because it thrives on stuff like this. And the internet (and rightfully so are furious over it). If the XBOX one does this so should Sony they are at war plus XBOX one will never recover from the used game and DRM bs. I think MLB 14 the show, will sell more on the PS3 if it stays in as it is unless they put mp3s in.

I rarely play online but the games I've gotten free with subscription to PS+ have definitely been worth it on my PS3 and expect that to continue with the PS3.

Makes my decision very easy! I'll be sticking with the PS3 until the mp3 and dvd features are added, if they're added at all. I'm very disappointed, but I also understand how many consumers aren't too crushed if the features aren't added in the future.

Actually, now a question is burning at the back of my mind, and I'm sure it's been answered somewhere...

But... do I need PS+ to download the OSFM roster sets (via the internet)? Or will I need to go the thumb drive route? (groan)

I understand if this isn't known yet obviously, since this is new... but it could be pretty important.
