Of course they did. The equipment gets significantly worse each year. We're on PS5 now, they have enough room to rarely ever have to delete equipment from the game.

They devote 80% of storage on this game towards DD stuff. When it comes to equipment they decided to give us more slots of prior cleats(CLASSICS) for no reason. Yet they can’t give us low cut Nike huarache cleats that 90% of Nike baseball athletes wear. Besides the point is when you put in these new models how are you not gonna let us customize them. Just default N/A. That takes away the whole point. They have done so much to kill the realistic aspect of equipment edits for this game lately. And like you said above. They should be able to to more being PS5 and Xbox next gen consoles. What ruins it all is the fact that they won’t move away for the current gen PS4 and old Xbox. It’s making it hard to make improvements.

I just started going through it yesterday. The equipment is awful. I did, however, find a way to edit the Adidas cleats that have N/A for everything, but the color blocking is awful that they chose, so they look terrible in-game. Can't believe we still can't edit the Nike symbol on the Elite 4's and that they removed a pair of Jordans, but added like five pairs of generic vintage cleats.

Yes I found the way to do it earlier before I left for work. But yeah color blocking is awful. The Nike swoosh was thing has pissed me off since last year. This dev team is truly awful. Hard to give these players the equipment they actually use.

Another one that irks me to the core is Luke Weaver uses the X brand for his glove. You can’t change the web type on the glove. So you have to look at him on the mound with I-Web style. Pisses me off.
