He not rated to how is cause most AA prospect on osfm usually rate 50 to 60 scale cause they progress rapidly in the minors.Other than thanks

Parsons is uploaded. Potential is a 77 and his overall is 62 (although I did mostly guesstimate on his ratings, someone is welcome to edit those if they have formulas that they use).
