If a player moves to a new team they get a generic face. It was so they update the hat. Been that way for a year or so

I'm not sure if this is possible on PS4, but is there a franchise file (not roster file) that we can download that uses these rosters that starts during the 2014/15 offseason? This is just a roster file, right? So when I start my franchise it will start at the 2014 spring training.

Yea its just a roster file. You could sim the first season for a franchise but i think thats your only option
