1967 Completed!!!

I have finished my latest roster....1967!!! All players, lineups, edits, and ratings done. 25 man rosters good for single season or exhibition play. I believe in is my best so far!! Let me know what you think. All feedback welcome (good or bad). A little background on the 67 season:

Yaz’ Triple Crown (.326-44-121) leads Boston to pennant
4 AL teams battle to the final week, 3 to final day
Gibson wins 3 in Cardinals’ Series victory

Until the Red Sox finally won another World Series in 2004, this was the most beloved baseball team in Boston. It had Carl Yastrzemski, power through the lineup and 22-game winner Jim Lonborg and a final-game victory to outlast Minnesota, Detroit and Chicago in perhaps the most intense AL pennant races ever. The fourth-place White Sox were only 3 games out of first.

**Special thanks to doncropper for the use of his formula for pitchers. It brought these rosters to life!!! You rock sir!!!

ENJOY!!!!

Re: 1967 Completed!!!

Nice seeing you in the forum again Knight165 ........ been watching for you lately because I hadn't seen you around recently.

I figured since you weren't posting any of your Fabulous Old Time Classic Rosters that you were holding out until MLB The Show 15 hits the streets due to some special feature in it you perhaps were waiting.

I'm still holding out hope they include some capability to create Rosters from those Transferrable Functions (Franchise & RTTS) they have announced. Seems it would be a fairly easy addition and extremely beneficial to so many. True Marketing blunder of massive proportions if they overlook doing such !

Take Care,
Don
