For those whom like to have accurate team fielding %'s in MLB 2016 ....

I have been looking into how to increase total team errors in the sim engine.

from what i gather - the top arm accuracy/fielding rating should be 80 for sim engine.

each -1 to either of those attributes equals 0.17 total team errors.

so, if you take one fielder and drop each of those ratings -10 (-20 total), then you add a potential of 3.4-more errors to that player over the course of a season.
