Started franchise with 40 man rosters, who do I send down?

So I started my franchise with an opening day 40 man roster set and I'm trying to send guys down to get everyone down to 25. Is there a shortcut to doing this? I can't find anything online just showing opening day rosters

Go to manage roster, then press X on the player you want to send down and then select one of "move to triple A, Double A, Class A".

Remember not all the players have minor league options so not all can be sent down, they will need pass through waivers if don't have minor league options.

Sorry, I guess I didn't explain myself well. I know how to do it but once I start my franchise, everybody on the 40 man roster gets moved to the MLB roster and I don't know who to send down to accurately reflect the actual opening day rosters.

I think that might help, I remember someone posted an Excel file with the opening day roster a time ago but can't find it, sorry.
