Live roster + draft + Prospects?

Being a cubs fan, I like the recent live updates that have given boosts to kyle hendricks, lester and bryant. But I want the real minor leagues and new draft picks(I know wanting cake and eating it too). Ive tried looking through the rosters on ps4 but im kind of lost when people say OSFM and hybrid and all that. Can someone just tell me what roster they think would best fit my wants? I want to know the live updates arent lagging behind like I see on some of these. I know some rosters dont do the live updates at all, so those are out of the question. I just dont want to see someone changing ratings to their opinion, let the professionals do that. So what if you think lackey is overrated, they dont, he should be an 84.

Haha D/L means download I believe... in the vault on the first page it is marked as "#OSFM Mid Season" the owner is Ridindwnkingsley therefore the "Ridin" part.
