Yes, it is a totally 25 Man Season Ready roster as it was built using the Late '60s roster as it's base. Thus all 30 teams have complete 25 man rosters and each are built to be 100% compatible for season play. Since it was built with the Late '60s roster as it's starting point the '69 Baltimore Orioles are included along with other very competitive teams from the late '60s.
