For the players who are "injured" and in A, at what point in the franchise will the CPU bring them back? I forgot to enable CPU roster control so I can't manually bring them up ever.

If they are on the 40 man, immediately in spring training. If not on 40, never.

I think previous years it was usually just Round 1 with a few standouts from rounds 2 or 3.
