Just curious if any fellow over 50 year old players have adjusted fb speed? I'm finding it harder to catch up on the heater. Call it pride but I still have fb speed at default.
Does the adjustment work for human pitching as well? So if I take fb speed to 4, will that help CPU when they hit against me?

I'll be turning 58 this August and my reflexes have slowed a little bit. Enough to drop pitch speed to 4 for both.

Don't think it effects the cpu when its batting.

I'm still a year from 50 but I found with the right camera angle and this 65'' telly I picked up last winter allows me to play with FB's on 7 & off-speeds on 4. the off-speeds kill me more than the heaters, but it sure is fun as hell trying to adjust. I'll repost here in a couple years

Maybe my tv is the problem. I know that used to be a consideration on the PS3 generation. Does it matter for PS4?
One thing that I've noticed is that my checked swings seem slow to act out on screen.

My eyesight is bad so every aspect of my play in general improved when I went bigger. I still stink at hitting, I just stink less lol

You might also increase the human batter timing by a click or two.
Think I did that a couple years back, as I too am a distiguished gentleman over 50, but sense I am related to Benjamin Button 😉, may be lowering mine in a couple more years.

Try a different camera angle. I'm 66 and I have both pitches at 4 or 5 on Wide. Even Snake Eye will give you a bit more time.
