They claim they overhauled the Draft in franchise mode, so interested to see there.
Gameplay focus is on fielding yet again but honestly can't tell a single difference. Guys still stop on a total dime once they make a catch. It looks all really unnatural. Gameplay could be MLB20 and I couldn't tell you otherwise.Comment

They keep mentioning Franchise… Fellas, I think we’re getting some big upgrades.
They’ve NEVER mentioned it like this before.
Like Mills just said, there’s a reason they’ve mentioned it so many times already.

Big change to button accuracy - the accuracy zone moves around the meter on tough plays. Anything that makes fielding more challenging is welcome in my book.Comment

I saw a beautiful 1st base animation on one of the throws from Kinsler to Lowe. Falling down while outstretched to make the play. Looked fantastic.
Beyond that, the game does look pretty much the same as 22. While that isn't necessarily terrible, at least imo, it is stale and I would like to see updates to player models/cloth physics/etc. eventually.
The new quirks are nice as well.

I'm not sure how I feel about the changes to clutch. It's cool that it isn't basically useless now I guess, but outright replacing H/9 and contact seems a little too much.
Unless I'm understanding how they explained it incorrectly.
