Online Franchise Minor League Question

I haven't been able to find an answer on this so here it goes.

Will we be able to have the same access to our minor league teams in online franchise as we do in offline franchise? To clarify further, will we still be able to play games with our minor league teams and will stats still be tracked in the minors when games are simmed?

I just hope that the minor leagues aren't just used as an inventory for extra players as I am really looking forward to playing with some of my top prospects occasionally, with player lock now incorporated in franchise mode.

By no means does this damper my excitement for the game if I can't play with my prospects. It just makes my decision to play online or offline that much easier.

I mainly look forward to playing with this guy when I want to escape the big league team from time to time.

You cannot play minor league games in online franchise.

Just for clarity purposes because this could be huge for those that wanted to use online franchise to play single player to take advantage of the differences between online and offline:

Is your answer solely based on online franchises being played by multiple people?

If someone does one by themself do they have no option to play minor league games?

Doesn't matter if it's 1 user or multiple user it's not possible to play minor league games in Online Franchise mode.

Thank you for answering my question. Guess I will be staying with offline franchise. I love keeping tabs on my prospects and how they are faring in the minors and am one of those players that likes to try out players before calling them up to the big club. Call me crazy but there are certain players that I just can't play with.
