framerate is extremely disappointing

It's not a stutter exactly...it's just very noticeably not as smooth.

It's there you just aren't seeing it for whatever reason. I've played the game on 3 of my friends ps4s plus my own and there is a clear stutter/ just at the beginning of cut scenes and replays.

It's not a problem or anything and it most importantly doesn't affect gameplay.

Although it doesn't effect gameplay I do think its a problem, it looks terrible and a large proportion of what we watch are cutscenes.

Fair enough, each to their own and all that!

The reason I see it as a large problem is mainly due to the fact the visuals are this games main selling point. The gameplay is almost identical to the ps3 and loading times aren't much better. So when the visuals are poor due to framerate issues it needs to be addressed.

As far as I'm concerned it's nearly impossible to admire the graphics behind the 'stuttering' as it's all I can notice when it happens.

With rain? it's like 30 FPS.
