Quick counts and bringing in a reliever

Just noticed a big problem here. I'm sure if it's been brought up by someone else on this board.

When in the middle of the inning and you want to bring in a reliever, the count starts at say 3-1 for example, and the reliever starts with 0 pitches.

It should either say 4 pitches thrown by the reliever, or start with a 0-0 count when you bring someone in.

This should be patched if at all possible.

is there a way to have your relievers always warm? I know there used to be but now with all the layered menus I cant find the option. Normally id warm pitchers up but with QC its better to just bring someone in quick if I can

It is still in the general settings. I think its under pitcher warm up.
