30 team control - manage other rosters

Hey everyone, I have my current franchise under 30 team control (Human, CPU Manual, CPU Auto) and I forgot how I can manage other teams beside my own.

For example, my franchise is set to the Cubs but I wanted to add Stephen Drew back to the Red Sox roster and put Ardolis Chapman back on the Reds active roster. Can someone refresh my memory on how to do this?

Even with all of that set to auto you can still make moves for the CPU if you are using 3o team control. Just cycle over to the Red Sox and then go to Free Agents and Sign Stephen Drew. Same goes for the Reds, just cycle over to the Reds and go to Manage roster and clip on Chapman and move him up to the MLB roster and send someone down.
