What are the league averages for player ratings?

If you are not familiar with the MLB Scout's 20-80 scale, they must have a good idea what MLB average is and they assign that a 50. A player with a 60 power is considered above average, and a 40 power would be below average.

Before I take on a massive project, I'd like to know if anyone knows what the average ratings for MLB players in The Show 15 are? It would be much easier digesting the individual ratings if we knew what average was. It would help with call ups, trades, and FA value.

With .251 being the current MLB AVG. About 60 would be the avg contact rating. Id assume somewhere around 60 would be AVG for everything.

The average SLG in the league right now is .390 and I'd guess that is closer to 50 power rating. 45-50 is my guess. .390 SLG is pretty bad honestly.

Also keep in mind speed affects SLG as faster players will get more singles and extend more hits by a base.

I'd say the mean power rating in this game is around 50 though.

Stealing will probably be under 50.

Anything above 60 is good in my opinion
