Angry Hitting in the shadows

I just got swept by the Red Sox in my franchise and I'm passed. Mainly due to the fact that I was helpless at the plate in game 4 of the series, thanks to the shadows covering the mound area up until about 2 feet from home plate. Of course this didn't affect the AI but I don't think i struck out more times in 4 games than this series. 48 times to be exact.

Do you guys have any tips on how I can get better results when the pitcher is pitching from deep in the shadows

Change your hitting camera. If it was that bad, I would have switched to behind the pitcher, but normally you can find a catcher or offset one that avoids a bad hitter's eye, glare, or shadows.

To OP ,
Though improved the lighting is still too extreme at times and thats just a case of SCEA trying to keep it too real .
So alls I can recommend to do is to adjust your TV when you get those crazy bright days which are almost unplayable and hurt the crap out of my 20/20 eyes .
