Downloaded rosters won't load into franchise?

Im trying to load a roster and when i press load a messege appers saying load failed. How do i fix this please someone tell me!!!!?!?

Try deleting it and downloading it again. Sounds like it didn't download correctly or it got corrupted somehow.
