why do they have to have access to your twitter where their able to post? That's the only reason I don't enter

I entered then went in and de authorized my twitter account under settings. don't know if it will work. To be honest didnt even think of it. Just assumed OS wouldnt partner with somebody who would screw us.

I'm glad someone will get a free copy I really hope someone will win it who can't really afford it. As for myself, this is THE one game I want to pay for & help support the greatest dev team in the history of video games.

I contacted Lockerdome on this. Here is their response. We have been doing these Lockerdome contests for over a year now without any issue. I can assure you it is legit.

The reason we need that access is content on LD is shareable across all social networks. When a user comes to a piece of content and wants to share it on Twitter, they're able to do so with just one click. We make that happen with that access from Twitter's API. It's this same access that is needed in order to have things like the "Follow on Twitter" actions for contests.

Bottom line is LD users have the ability to post/follow on other social networks, but that's only if they do it themselves. LockerDome will never post or follow on behalf of a user without being told to by the user.
