Well if by idiot the OP means "slave of the id", the Id being the part of the psyche that is the source of instinctive impulses that seek immediate satisfaction. Then he's not far off.

But I doubt the OP means that haha.

So how much value have we the people placed into MLB 15 The Show, in terms of US currency?

I paid $150 for Skyrim a few days early without blinking an eye. But $400... sheesh!

I never question what a person pays for anything. I actually got into a argument with a guy because I paid $145 for a pair running shoes, He had on a $200 belt buckle.

I think I'd have waited until Monday night and bought a case of Woodford Reserve to sip on whilst I played it. That makes me a drunk, so I shan't judge the man.

Congrats to the guy making bank off this deal, and props to the bidder who won for having great taste! The most I ever spent on a video game was $120 (Battlefield Hardline + Premium). Iv'e done this with several other games in the past, which makes me look back and regret some of those transactions .

Re: Guy sell MLB 15 The Show for $480 on EBay!

Would I pay 480 dollars for a video game?
Not with my present jobs paycheck. But I might if I made six figures.
Did he overpay? Not if he's happy with his purchase. He's still paying $65 for the game, what he paid the extra 415 dollars for was getting the game early.
Could he have paid less & got the game early? Sure, but maybe this was more convenient for him, & convenience doesn;t usely come cheap, at least not at convenience stores.

I wouldn't pay $480 for a video game even if I was a millionaire.

Only time I would pay $480 is if I knew the profit was going to the devs and not some guy trying to make a profit.
