WTH is with RTTS errors by teammates

Doing a starting pitcher, 3 error by infielders on the first 6 batters on easy grounders and I get told 'bad pitching'... WTF?

Why does a pitcher lose points when fielders blow plays?

During my time as a pitcher in AA and AAA there were a ton of errors. Most seemed unrealistic, but I remember it's a video game and really showed the difference between good fielders and bad fielders, so I was okay with it.

My blind catcher I was not okay with, though. He would drop a pop fly behind home plate like every other game. This one time my friend was watching me play, and I told him "watch this idiot will probably drop this" after a ball got popped in foul territory. Aaaaaaaaand my totally inept catcher did just that, we could not stop laughing
