I've had an issue on the PS3 with my offline franchise freezing after a user played game then having to restart my console and the file being deleted for over a month. This has happened 5 times! This issue has been escalated throught the link but nothing is being done and I would like to contact someone to see what is being done. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
