Can't fill roster in free agency

I have money available no contracts offered and only 69 players on my roster yet I can't sign anyone it keeps removing my offers can anyone please help..

There are 2 open bug reports on the show site so please don't point me there lol

Yea I've made 3 trades to clear up money

I'm sure someone will post the guide to the offseason but I don't have a link. Basically, it isn't a bug from the looks of where you are in the off-season.


Have you tried signing dirt cheap players (e.g. under 100k) and adding players to your 40 man roster?

The game limits the amount of money you can spend on one player during free agency if your roster isn't close to being full (i.e under 80 players signed).

I've tried signing undrafted rookies and back mlb level players and as soon as I simulate a day In the offseason it says my offer was withdrawn because of lack of funds.

I have made trades to free up 13 million in budget space. No pending offers and all my co he's signed.

Another oddity after my exclusive contract period 8 million dollars seems to have disappeared from my budget
