MLB The Show Draft Problems

I'm new to this, so excuse any slight problems with posting. But with the Show, I've noticed a couple of things about the draft process in June. First, while scouting you can see players and scout them, correct? But when it gets to draft time, those players arent even there anymore and the "scout meter" is all the way down to 0 again. Also, after some years into franchise, I cant scout anymore players. Theres literally none there. I dont know if anyone else has these problems, but they make the draft process quite annoying.

Also, would it be possible to add in future versions a better draft system where we can see projections, HS/college stats, or have showcases? I think it needs to be expanded upon.
