Bunting with two strikes glitch ?

I apologize if this has been discussed - I dont always follow this forum, but has anyone seen CPU batters bunt foul with two strikes and not be recorded an out? Its happened to me 3 times total since the latest patch - twice now in consecutive games.

What gives? Is that a widely known issue? Am I experiencing some bad luck? I just want to know if this is being addressed anytime soon -

I think its purely a glitch because the announcers say the batter is out and he walks back to the dugout as if he is - but then the scene changes and the batter is still up there.

It's a known issue and it's been addressed. There are a couple threads about it but I didn't take the time to find them. Just wanted to let you know that it's not something new.
