I absolutely love the new morale and contract negotiations.

Here are a few things that I want to know if it's been addressed.

- Rotating schedule for interleague games
- No more CPU teams putting mid/late Relief Pitchers into the starting rotation.
- Improved equipment choices for generated rookies.

Very true. But there are ridiculous times it happens in the show. Trout hits market at 28 and signs a 2 yr 40 mill instead of 6 for 180. Many, many 1-2 year deals for superstars

Nope. No one offered him more money this off season. He settled for his contract. Fowler chose to take the Cubs deal over the Orioles and White Sox.
