Have they discussed whether the playoff pitcher stamina issue will be back in 16?

I believe currently pitchers during the postseason dont regen stamina or regen it stupid slowly. Devs had previously confirmed that this was intentional to force 4-man roations(and while I get the idea its implementation was AWFUL)

Have they said whether this going to happen again in this year's game?

They talked about it during the Franchise stream. It's been fixed and is balanced now.
