Auto slide into third on line drives into outfield

This bug is still in the game and it's really getting frustrating.

Basically with a man on second if you hit a ball through the infield on the ground or as a liner your runner will always slide into 3rd even though the 3B coach is sending them.

I have tried posting this on the bug threat on the official site but they always remove it.

Anyone else encounter this problem?

I saw it in '15 but haven't played enough '16 yet to see it. If I do, I'll definitely submit (or up-vote) a bug report.

The bigger issue for me this year is that outfielders are way quicker throwing the ball and throw speed seems faster than before. I've had multiple balls that would be easy scores from second end up with outs at home by a good margin. I wonder if it's more running speed than throw speed. Haven't played a lot so need to get a better feel

This year i'm using directional analogue stride.

Last year I was using pure analogue and it was the same.

I think that is your issue. Try using a button to swing and see if it still happens. Seems like you might be queuing up a slide after swinging with the stick.
