I'm not sure if this is a problem, an anomaly or what but Josh Reddick has CNTL / PWR numbers vs. Righties of 70/61.

We all know that in-game these numbers change up or down according to pitcher (??). However Riddick against righties from from 70/61 to 55/52 which seems rather extreme.

I see movement on other players in the 5-8 range on extreme but we're talking 15 points?

Maybe there is a logical explanation ??? On my team he was only going to play vs. RHP but geez not when he is constantly in the low 50s

Look at his splits, he is definitely much weaker against LHP, 67 points lower in BA and 125 points lower in SLG

I know that but when you want to use him vs. RHP and then when he is at bat his numbers vs. RHP are just about the same as vs. LHP. He really has no split difference.

RHP 70/61
LHP 40/52

But in-game he is 54/52 vs. RHP which is rather a lot I say for a guy with a .289 AVG and .478 SLG

Are there other factors I don't know about?

This makes no sense, I mean what you wrote I completely understand, just what is happening makes no sense.

Who was pitching that brought his numbers down?

As you continue on through the season do his righty numbers always stay suppressed like this?

Gomez 71/60 in game 70/65
Spang.. 73/47 in game 74/43
Seager 89/73 in game 84/71
Carter 41/86 in game 53/83
Perez 74/59 in game 67/57
Reddick 68/59 in game 53/54
Ozuma 68/55 in game 69/82 take the good with the bad I guess

Seems so because his numbers were different in the last game - a tad higher.

That was why I was wondering if there are some factors we do not know about but MAN I did not notice Ozune having 82 power last night and I can not understand why Reddick is a hack vs. RHP.

ok, so this isn't just me. I could have sworn that I saw Pedroia's numbers flux when I was playing him against the A's. went from a 78-81 contact. Could it be because it was a Play Now game?
