I love facing lefties. Even with lefties at the plate. I can't handle hard throwing righties who pound the fastball up and in consistently. Hard to lay off and even harder to do anything productive with.

I usually at the very least work the count against several, but one that never seems to bother me at all is nobody but Kershaw. Greinke usually pitches well against me, Price usually owns me, Wainwright is so tough, but not Kershaw. It's not like I dominate him, but I can usually get a few runs or at least run his pitch count up. I can recognize his pitches.

There's an all new leader to the other side though, just got through facing Nick Tropeano. That Splitter made me want to twist my controller in half. No matter what I did, i could not hit him worth a darn.

Also Evan Scribner. Forget that guy. Just forget him.

Like most people mentioned the good pitcher that i destroy pretty much every time is David Price, few others that i saw mentioned in this thread as well (Felix for one)

Lower rated pitchers that destroy me though... Gallardo from Orioles just threw a complete game shutout against me in a new franchise i just started (almost had a Maddux too)

Also Mike Leake almost thew a no hitter against me, got myself a hit with 2 outs in the bottom of 9th inning... still a CGSO.

Immediately thought of this thread as I was beating up on Kershaw, lol. He threw a high fastball on the first pitch to each of my first three batters, and I went back, to back, to back against him. up 3-0 on three pitches. Not a bad way to get things started. Ended up getting six hits and four runs through the first time through the lineup, and they pulled him for a pinch hitter in the 5th. Piled on to win 11-1.

I have finally started to turn the corner on hitting agaist Greinke, esp. when he comes to Colorado. I just hope it's not an aberration. Too early to tell right now.
