Who is a good team to start a franchise with to keep me going till I can get my hands on 18? I was thinking of the Padres, Reds or Pirates. I love going my Jays but it’s fun to try another team for once and maybe in the NL as well.

I started one recently with the Mets, using an updated roster. They made some interesting moves picking up Todd Frazier and Adrian Gonzalez. The only downside is the pen is very right handed.

Yeah I was thinking of them too. Like the thought of crushing balls with Frazier and Cespedes plus they have some good pitching with Thor and DeGrom and potentially Harvey if he can stay injury free and could look to start Rosario at SS

As RTTS player only considering trying franchise this year. I have a question for the franchise players, can you can play your franchise with hitting only like you can in RTTS, thanks for any help you can offer or suggest.

Need some clarification on what you're looking for here. If you only want to control one player, you can do that easily. It's called Player Lock mode and you can choose it on the Launchpad screen before starting any franchise game. Just like RTTS for the player you choose to control (even with optional Showtime use).

If you want to control your entire team batting, it will take a little more hands-on work. You can fast forward or quick manage during your time in the field from the pause menu in-game. You'd have to do that each half-inning that you want to skip and then back out of the fast-forwarding to take control again.

OVERVIEW
We had a pretty solid month bunthe Nationals had a phenomenal month (22-6) which led to us giving up the lead in the division. I have to coach my self to be patient at the plate but then insee my self late on a lot of fast balls cause I'm anticipating off speed so i don't swing early. My stars are struggling pretty badly I can't seem to get Stanton or Kang going. I don't believe i pitched with Sale in May but he had a terrible month...luckily the rest of the pitching staff has stepped up. Rookie Destin Hood is also stepping up and showing his power off although he is rated pretty low (51 VR and 60 VL)

I will still continue to play in to the release of 18...im now thinking I'll carry this chise over while starting a new one with a different team.
