Starting to notice something

I played a few games of exhibition last night and noticed that, for me, the game really is smooth during the pitcher and batter battles. I'm noticing shutters during cutscenes (as I did with them other years) and sometimes during replays.

Other than the homeruns being way to unrealistic I may give this a chance.

I'm on PS4 pro running it on high framerate setting. It seems to have fixed the slow down during cutscenes but there's a huge drop in framerate when the camera pans on defense in rtts. Let's say I'm at ss and there's a shot to the 1st baseman. As the camera pans there's a very noticeable drop in frames. Hope this gets fixed because it throws my timing off
