I don't know who he is. Has a real face, cannot find anything that he is with Sony (SDS), but I think the devs were showing some sense of humor here.

He has an occasional batter walk up that I can only describe as sort of looking like a praying mantis sneaking up on its prey. Perhaps it's just an Easter egg that has been put into the game, but it's bizarre. Well, funny bizarre.

Ill have to find him, i just seen ramone russell was in the game for the first time a few days ago and had a chuckle.
