Records "broken" every day in offline franchise

Playing offline franchise. 30 team control. Playing every game with the Padres only. Only 3 games into the franchise. After I complete a game and sim through the date, the "Inside the Show" radio show begins. After every game score that is announced, the host states that some random record has been broken, in every single game. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

The only glitch I have heard that resembles this is the 1st HR glitch that has been around for years.

The only thing you might try is to start over, play the 1st inning of the first game of the year. This year its NY @ TB. Sim the rest of the game if you dont want to play it. Then proceed with your Franchise as normal.

I don't even know if this is still an issue but I always do this just in case. Would rather play an extra game than have to deal with nonsense.

Ironically, this sounds almost exactly like the glitch we used to get back in the newspaper days (where the "headline" would claim a record was broken).

Anyway, I don't recall running into this personally, but I do remember some complaints about this either last year or the year before. I'm not sure if there is any specific trigger or fix though, sorry. Maybe check the bug reports if you haven't already (and file one if you can't find anything).

Slightly unrelated but an FYI you can turn Inside the Show off by putting the related slider down to zero. I did this cause it kept interrupting my tunes. Now nobody interrupts my sick beats when I sim forward a day. Just letting you know if it's annoying you.
