pitch count not being reset

When I am in offline franchise mode, I have noticed that when someone from the bullpen comes in the pitch count stays the same and doesnt go to 0

SO if the SP threw 101 pitches, when the reliever comes in it stays the same

ANyone else seen this?

its only for the computer

Did you fast-forward / quick manage when the count didn't reset?

If so, that's a known bug.
