It hasn't been fixed because they can't reproduce it, or they couldn't as of the reply pictured. Did anyone provide video footage of it in that bug thread after Adam_SDS' reply?

IIRC this bug is triggered by fast-forwarding through a pitching change. That might be why they can't duplicate it.

I don't see anything about that in the thread you linked, so you might want to include that info unless you've seen it happen in a regular, no-FF game.

Note: Because of how RTTS works that could be why it pops up there too - because 90% of RTTS IS fast-forwarding unless you're a pitcher (then it's 50%)
