Im new to zone as well. Watched a few youtube vids. Tried it again and couldnt get it. Took a few days away from game then came back. NEVER USE POWER SWING UNLESS YOURE UP IN THE COUNT. At least thats what i do lol
I also learned, that if the ball starts above the waist, itll be in the upler half of the zone, lower than the waist, lower half. Allows me to get a jump on moving the pci. In regards to that, i keep my thumb gently on the L stick. Allows me to mkve it quicker than it being off and then trying to move it when pitch is coming in. Never swing at first pitch either.
By no means is this full proof. I still get fooled. Pci doesnt always end up in right spot, might be under or over where ball lands, but ive seen my hitting jump in most games and power as well.
