You have to conquer cincy stronghold to get mission for all star version 1st

I'm talking about the 92 Red's All Star Griffey. I've looked through every single mission multiple time. I'm seeing nothing.

You get a84 all star griffey then after you complete the missions for it you unlock the 92 breakout griffey
