Exactly its a strange time which makes no sense normaly we also get a midnight release, but since yesterday the time was changed to 10 hours later, was first reported by someone else here

Yep I am pissed off they screwed me up went from midnight and 18 hours later. Now! 8pm in Australia 5 hours after the us get it at 3pm our time

They actulky had the clock fixed for a hour then changed it again

Finally been able to download the game but the clock is still not fixed. Release time is still 10 AM on Friday here in Europe. I really hope they fix this and put the time back as it was so we can also have our midnight release.

I called my local playstation support and the reason that europe and probably other countries outside the US gets it later is because of a delay the lady could not say what the reason of the delay is but it should arrive on the current time so for me that will be 10 AM on friday so we have to by the countdown clock that it currently has on your PS4.
