Check your settings in PS4 Pro-- Under Sound and Screen:

Video Output Settings should have HDR, Deep Color, RGB Range all on Automatic

Video Output Information should under In Information for Connected HDMI Device--HDR Supported

You don't have to do this but I did: Under System I put a checkmark in Boost Mode.

If you have an OLED TV, I suggest enabling Screen Saver 5 minutes.
