I'm Going to Simulate the 1997 MLB Expansion Draft with 2018 Rosters

This is a fun idea and I will be following along. Also makes me sad and realize we haven't had an expansion system since the All-Star Baseball days. I played that game so much just having a blast trying to build a winner through expansion.
