Couch coop career/ franchise supported?

Hello,

I plan in buying this game some day, i want to know if i can play coop (two players on the same team) locally in Franchise /career mode?

I've only got 1 controller but on the team select screen it does seem to suggest that you can use 4 players. It has 4 controller silhouettes.

My buddy and I use to play on the same team all the time. Did they remove this option in '19?

Just checked on my test franchise and yes, co-op is still in the game. Two players can play for the same team.

The duties are batting, pitching, catching, infield, outfield.

Batting and pitching can be set to team captain, secondary, or alternate. The rest can only be set to team captain or secondary.
