Franchise Marlins

ANyone else playing a franchise as the marlins? I am having a blast...no expectations.....good speed and power....pitching decent....thoughts?

I’ve just started up a franny with them. Only played 4 games of Spring Training so far but I’m starting to get a feel for the players on both sides of the ball.

Pretty much established that Stanek is the closer, not Kintzler.

Went on and signed Hanley for 1 year at 500k. Not a great fielder but he can play multiple positions and the bat is still decent enough to PH and play 1-2 games a week. It feels like a worthy ending to his career to have one last dance in Miami.

How far into the season are you? What’s your record?

I’m a huge Lins fan, having a ton of fun with them this year. Matt Kemp has been y sleeper vet this year

Kemp is great for me too. I traded for him in my Pittsburgh franchise. Always gets hits and decent bunter... I bat him second.
